PARTY CHECK-IN & ENTRY GUIDELINES
Thank you for choosing POKIDDO Indoor Playground for your celebration!To help your party run smoothly and make sure everyone has a great time, please review these important reminders:
* Arrive 15 Minutes Early
Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled party time. We have a busy schedule and unfortunately cannot extend party times for late arrivals.
* Who Needs to Check In
All children and adults who plan to play must check in, wear a wristband, and have socks.Guests who are just attending the party (not playing) can go straight to the party room.
*Complete the Waiver Online
Save time at check-in by completing the waiver online at least one day before your party. If it isn’t completed in advance, you may have to wait longer in line.
*Socks Are Required
For everyone’s safety and hygiene, bare feet and shoes are not allowed inside the playground. Please remind your guests to bring and wear socks.

- Can i get a refund if i cancel my booking?All deposits are non-refundable.
- Can i reschedule my party for free? What's the deadline?Parties can be rescheduled at no charge, but must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the party is not permitted.
- Do guests who aren't jumping need to sign a waiver?All guests-including both jumpers and non-jumpers—must sign a waiver before participating orentering the attractions area.
- How early should we arrive before the party starts?Please arrive 20-30 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow for check-in and preparation.
- What happens if our party runs longer than scheduled?Additional fees will apply for parties that exceed their scheduled time.
- When is full payment due?Full payment is required before your party's jump time begins.
- Can i downgrade my package on the party day?Package downgrades on the day of the party are not allowed. All bookings are final.
